Aula Energy recognised in AFR Best Places to Work Awards 2026
Aula Energy has been recognised as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work, placing third in the Ag, Mining & Utilities category in the 2026 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards.
The awards run by The Australian Financial Review celebrate organisations that create motivating, agile and productive workplaces of the future. Aula Energy was recognised for its consultative approach to developing its purpose, vision and values, with a strong focus on contributing to Australia’s clean energy future.
Chief Executive Officer Chad Hymas said the recognition reflects the role people and culture play in Aula Energy’s growth as a renewable energy business.
“By valuing diverse perspectives, we’ve created a culture that strengthens how we collaborate and perform,” Mr Hymas said. “This has enabled us to attract and retain top talent, contributing to our success as a growing renewable business.”
Aula Energy’s purpose is to accelerate Australia’s clean energy transition while creating long‑term value for shareholders and communities, which underpins how Aula Energy operates, from project delivery through to how teams are supported, empowered and developed.
As Aula Energy continues to expand its portfolio of wind and solar projects across Australia, it remains focused on providing meaningful career opportunities where people can do work that matters, collaborate with purpose and contribute to Australia’s transition to renewable energy.
